At the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019, to mark a new moment, we took a big step towards a more human and attractive language for São Lucas Saúde. An important choice to strengthen the relationship with beneficiaries using a sensitive, affectionate, engaging tone and lighter approaches.








Proximity that goes beyond discourse.

In the health sector, we have people who need people, and even with all the technological advances and new business structures, we know that care lies in human warmth.

That's why, along with promoting the best hospital resources, we brought in the specialty of putting ourselves in the other person's shoes, because we know that nothing replaces the sensitivity of a careful look. This resulted in the creation of the concept: people caring for people.
