Online program in which ZF provides free courses and tips on technical support and repairs, all certified. More than 9,000 subscribers to the platform, more than 45,000 certificates issued, more than 100,000 Facebook fans, 35 complete courses available and thousands of mechanics completely proud of the work they do. And we've only just begun.

Approximately 7,000 mechanical workshops in Brazil, generating around 767,000 jobs. Each mechanic employed is the bridge between the end consumer and ZF, redefining the brand/applicator relationship model.

The missing piece
was appreciation.
We forged closer ties with mechanics on social media, with carefully curated content that mixed everyday life with information about ZF. We were seeing and interacting with an audience that had felt sidelined for a long time.
Interaction was the key to getting closer and more engaged. In one of the most successful actions, we set out to customize the cars of the page's fans through image editing. The cars were given a new virtual makeover.
Amigo Bom de Peça, the game , took place during the Automec Fair in 2019. The action followed the format of a quiz, with questions and answers, displayed on a large LED panel that also illustrated the simultaneous reaction of the participants: the mechanics. The winners took home gifts and the certainty that ZF is the kind of supplier they want to have around.
After its successful launch, the game was given a virtual version, available on the website, where all mechanics can test their knowledge.
